Refund policy

RETURNS
-30-day returns from the day your order is delivered.
-We pay return shipping. Message us and we'll send a prepaid return label.
-Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return arrives.

CUSTOM ORDERS
-Custom-length and custom-color orders are final sale and can't be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
-Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

NO ANCHORS REFUND
-Ordered a strap but already have Peak Design anchors? Add "no anchors" to your order note before it ships and we'll refund $3 per anchor.
